Cancellation & Weather Policy
We understand that plans may change. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days prior to the scheduled booking date and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled booking date are non-refundable.
In the event of unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions, the company reserves the right to either reschedule the booking for another available date or issue a full refund. We kindly ask our guests to take this policy into consideration when making a reservation.
